In your email, mention whether you want a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, we will check if the correct size or item is available.
All returns must be made within 20 days of receiving your product. To process your request, please provide:
Order number
Summary of the issue (including images if available)
Original packaging, tags, and logos
Any other details regarding product usage
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund.
Important:
If the tag is missing when the product reaches our warehouse, we cannot process a refund.
Any product found to violate our rules will not be processed.
Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange your item for a different size, you may do so without paying additional product cost. However, customers must bear the shipping and handling charges.
If the item you received has a defect such as:
Incorrect size
Wrong color
Design issue
Manufacturing defect
and the issue is from our side, we will gladly entertain the return or exchange.
Please share clear images of the issue via email within 7 working days of delivery. Our team will contact you and guide you through the process.
Defective Product

If the product is defective due to manufacturing errors or faulty materials, we will replace it.
Cancellation of Orders
To cancel an order, submit your request within 24 hours.
Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% refund
Cancellation after 24 hours: 25% deduction from the paid amount
Cancellation after the order has been shipped: 25% deduction + shipping charges
